What is a cookie?
A.
Some Web sites store information in a small text file,
called a "cookie" on your computer's hard drive.
Cookies
contain information about you and your preferences.
For example, if you put a particular product in your
shopping basket, we would store your selection in a cookie
on your machine. That way, when you came back we
would know just what product you had put in your basket.
Only
the information that you provide, or the choices you make
while visiting our Web site, can be stored in a
cookie. For example, our site cannot determine your
e-mail address unless you choose to type it.
Allowing a Web site to create a cookie does not give that

Yes, you must have your browser set to accept
cookies. We use cookies to track your order while
you are visiting our site. Should you have to leave
the site before finishing your order, it will also keep
track of what you were wanting to purchase. It is
also required for you to review your past orders.
This function only works from the same machine and browser
from which the order was originally placed. To find

How do I find the product I am looking for?

is located at the left side of each page on our web
site. Just click on any product or product grouping
to view information, pricing and ordering options for
each. Below the products menu is another menu of
helpful information. Just click on any subject to be
taken to the relevant information.

How do you ship my order?
A.
In order to keep your costs as low as possible, we
typically ship USPS First Class or Priority Class mail,
but may occasionally ship via UPS ground. Again to
reduce costs to a minimum, we typically ship once a week
on Friday of all orders received by noon on Wednesday. Our customers normally receive their orders
within 10-14 days following their order. Please let
us know if you have not received your order within 2 weeks
of your receiving an e-mail confirmation from us of your
order. Length of delivery is based on business
days. Weekends and holidays are not included.

Is it safe to use my credit card to pay for my purchase?

Yes, the Internet is SAFE! When you compare the
Internet to other retail channels (such as mail order
companies or even your local department stores) in terms
of credit card security, it is very safe. It
would be easier for a thief to steal your credit card
information from a carbon copy of a receipt or by tapping
your telephone line than it would be for a thief to
intercept an on-line transaction. for more details

How do I check out my order using your shopping
cart?
A.
Each time you select an item and enter the quantity you want on any of
the pages of our website, when you click Add to
Shopping Cart you are given a choice to either Continue
or Cancel. Clicking on Continue will take you to
the first page of your shopping cart, while clicking Cancel
will return you to the previous page to continue adding
other items to your shopping cart, without having to
review your shopping cart after each entry.
When
youve concluded your shopping and youre ready to
checkout, either click Continue following
your last item selection, or, if youve been returned to
any shopping page and have decided not to add another item
to your order, simply click Review My Cart at
the top of the vertical navigation bar on the left hand
side of any page.
On
the first page of the shopping cart, you are presented a
picture, description and extended price for each of your
selections, along with sales tax amount if applicable, any
discounts you may have earned, and the subtotal of your
order. You may adjust the quantity of any item, and you may delete
any item entirely from your cart before proceeding.
You are also asked to select whether or not your
order will be delivered in Texas, whether the delivery
address is in the United States or Canada, to enter any
coupon number you may have received, and to select whether
you want to pay by credit card or by check or money order.
At the very bottom of the page, which you may only
be able to see by scrolling the page down, depending upon
your computers screen size and resolution settings, you
are presented with two possible choices to click: Purchase
for $____ (where "$____" is the grand
total of your order, including merchandise, shipping,
handling and sales tax) or Continue Shopping.
Continue Shopping returns you to our
shopping pages to add more items to your shopping cart.
Clicking on Purchase for $____ will
take you to the next page of the credit shopping cart.
If youve chosen the Pay by Check or Money
Order option, clicking Purchase for
$_____ will take you to a page which asks for your
shipping information, followed by a page providing you
with complete information on how to make out your check or
money order and mail it to us.
Assuming
youve chosen the credit card option, on the second page
of the shopping cart you are asked to enter detailed
shipping information for your order.
About midway down the page you are asked to enter
your Billing Information, which should be entered exactly
as it appears on the monthly statements you receive from
the issuer of the credit card you wish to use to charge
your order. Fill
all information out completely.
If your billing information is identical to you
shipping information, you may simply duplicate your
shipping information into the Billing Information blanks
by clicking the Same as Above button about midway
down the page. Once
all requested information is completed, which again may
necessitate your scrolling down the page to the very
bottom, depending upon your computers settings, proceed
to the third page of the shopping cart by clicking on the
Enter button at the very bottom of the page.
On
the third and final page of the shopping cart, which is
located on a secure server for your protection, you are
asked to enter your credit card number and expiration
date. Enter your information carefully and correctly, check it over to
verify its accuracy, and then click on the Submit
Transaction button at the very bottom of the page.
Your order will then begin the credit card
verification process, which may take up to 120 seconds.
Please do not press the Submit Transaction
button more than once, or your order could be charged
multiple times. Also, please do not leave the page
by closing your browser or moving to another website until
a receipt page is presented to you, confirming your
order's processing.
Also
near the bottom of that last secure serve page is a text
link Click here to return to your Shopping Cart,
which will return you to a previous page of your shopping
cart, and a button to Clear Form, which simply
clears the information on that page so that you can
re-enter it.
Once
your credit card has actually been verified and approved,
you will be presented with a screen showing you exactly
what you have ordered and stating that your order will be
shipped upon final credit card approval.
You will also receive a confirmation via e-mail,
addressed to the e-mail address you provided.

Is there any other way to place an order?

Yes, you can order by telephone by calling our
Internet Sales Department at (972) 733-4148. You may
also choose to print out an order from and mail it to us
with your check or credit card information. Finally,
you may also e-mail us with your order and credit card
information, if you choose.

Can you ship to us if we are not in the United States?
A.
Yes, we can ship to almost anywhere in the world. When
you check out, the system will provide you with shipping
charges to any destination within the United States or
Canada. Please e-mail us with your other destination
of choice and we will provide you with shipping options
and costs. Or, if you prefer, simply enter your
order as if for shipment into the USA, and we'll charge
the appropriate additional postage or shipping charges for
delivery to your requested destination and confirm those
additional charges to you via e-mail notification.

How do I know if my order has been sent?
A.
You will receive an e-mail notifying you that your
order has been received and what the final cost will
be. You will also receive an order number.
Should you need to contact us about your order for any
reason, please refer to the order number to help us find
it quicker. While we authorize your credit card for
the amount of your purchase when your order is processed,
your card is charged, and your order is shipped normally
within no more than 5 working days. Should you need
more specific information for your particular order, just
drop us a line.
